Return Policy

We understand that purchasing online can have it's difficulties in regards to sizing, fitting, etc.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for store credit only. All returns must abide by the following guidelines:

  • If you are interested in returning any of your items, we must first be contacted within 1 week after you receive your order. You must contact us at sevnathletics@gmail.com to initiate your return before you send it back. Once we approve your return, you must ship the garment back to us within 5 business days following our email response.
  • All returned items must be in perfect condition (Unwashed, no makeup, deodorant markings, odors, rips, pulls and/or damage of any sort to the garment). If you are returning a matching set, both items must be returned in perfect condition to be eligible for the return.
  • If we receive your returned garment and it does not abide by the guidelines above regarding the condition, you will only receive a store credit for 50% of your purchase price of the garment. (Please ensure you are securely packaging your garment to ensure it is safe during the delivery process.)
  • Customers are responsible with all associated shipping costs with returns.
  • Store credit refunds will be issued on our end within 2 business days of receiving your items. You will receive an email once the store credit has been issued.

 

Exclusions:

  • After 1 week of receiving your order, your items are considered final sale and are no longer eligible for return/store credit.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Please note:  

We are unable to 'hold' any merchandise - this includes holding any inventory to process an 'exchange' while the return is being shipped back to us. You must return the item back and once the return is processed, you will receive your refund via store credit. You can then purchase your new item with your store credit.

 

Sevn Athletics has the right to contact you via email regarding any questions or concerns about your returned garments. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND CAN BE REJECTED AT THE DISCRETION OF SEVN ATHLETICS.
