General Shipping Information
- Shipping will be free for all U.S. orders over $100.00.
- All orders are shipped from Garnerville, New York.
- You will receive your email confirmation from the following sender: email@example.com via shopifyemail.com
- Orders are typically processed and shipped from us within 4-5 business days. We ask that you please keep this in mind prior to emailing us inquiring about the status of your shipment.
- If you pay for Express shipping at checkout, we will expedite the processing and shipping out of your order on our end.
- Please note that holidays and sales may delay this process as we do our best to fulfill higher order volumes.
- At this time, we currently only offer shipping throughout the US and do not offer international shipping.
- Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
- PLEASE double check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders that are shipped if you enter an incorrect shipping address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded for the price of your order (excluding shipping). We will email you upon receipt of the returned package. If you wish to re-order, you will be responsible for all shipping charges for the next order.
- You will receive a tracking number for all orders via email once your order has processed. This will be sent from: firstname.lastname@example.org via shopifyemail.com
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Returned packages for an incorrect address will be cancelled and refunded to you (excluding shipping costs). All shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages through USPS during the shipping process and/or after delivery has been made.
If your product has been shipped and/or delivered, you will need to contact the carrier (USPS) regarding any questions or concerns about your package. Please note: You will receive your tracking details once the item ships from us.
